This is Helena, she's a De La Bleu/Thylacine mix who was adopted by gray wolves when she was a pup because her mother died during her birth and her father ~mysteriously disappeared.
Um.. she's a wanderer - she's pretty quiet most of the time but she travels from pack to pack or from herd to herd or whatever animal she chooses to take the form of and is often known as the Storyteller. She knows hundreds of thousands of stories and keeps them alive wherever she goes. If there is ever an issue of a prophecy or whatever that needs to be told, she'll know it. She's also a skilled healer who has a vast knowledge of plants and herbs, remedies and such. Oh, and she smells like lilies. o_o /random
She's about 27 years old. She left her pack when she was about 9. (human years.) There's a slight rumor that wherever she goes, she brings with her bad luck. Maybe it's the way her eyes sometimes drift in and out of focus sometimes. She has a tendency to stare, too. But she's really sharp as a tack and deep down inside she's as pure as anyone could possibly be, and wise as an old turtle who's seen hundreds of years.
She's very sweet, peaceable, loving, but she's never been able to raise pups of her own so she takes anyone who is wounded or young or lost or lonely under her "wing" so to speak.
Oh yeah, back to the wolf pack. Uh, the wolf pack never really liked her in the first place because she's so weird looking and completely out of place. This was before she could shape shift, of course, because she was too young to do so. The elders of that pack and the alphas thought she was a curse, or some sort of phantom that could only bring bad fortune upon them. (her bright orange eyes, her small, almost wispy, ghost-like body) But her mother and father were adamant and loving, compassionate and charitable, so they raised her as well as they could until she was finally driven away, her adopted wolf father killed trying to protect her.
She's has a generally sad, dreaming, and thoughtful persona. Whenever she's not with others or when she's not telling her stories or healing others, she'd drift off into her world of miracles and memories. No one has ever, ever seen her cry or get angry, but many hear her during the night, quietly and restlessly stirring, and very, very few have seen her cry in her sleep, but only then does she show her pain.

... well, that was more of a back story than I thought I had. xD; So yes. (:
